About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Registered Children’s Home Manager to lead a brand-new 3-bedded home in Bicester. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated leader who thrives in building services from the ground up – from recruiting and developing a strong team to ensuring the home provides high-quality care in line with Ofsted standards. You will work closely with the Responsible Individual and wider leadership team to deliver outstanding outcomes for young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).
What We’re Looking For
- QCF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards)
- At least 2 years’ recent experience in a supervisory/managerial role within a Registered Children’s Home
- Strong knowledge of Children’s Home Regulations & Ofsted frameworks
- Proven ability to lead, inspire, and develop staff teams
- Full UK Driving Licence
