This is a small, nurturing solo placement home designed to offer stability, safety, and emotional development for one young person with EBD and trauma-related needs.
Who We Are Looking For
We’re seeking a motivated Registered Manager who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people or a Deputy Manager looking to step up. You’ll have a proven record of managing or deputising within Ofsted-regulated children’s homes, with strong leadership skills and an understanding of trauma-informed practice.
Essential Requirements:
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (or willingness to work towards it)
- Previous experience managing a team within an Ofsted-registered children’s home
- Sound knowledge of safeguarding, child protection, and Ofsted frameworks (SCCIF)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- A valid Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own car

The company operates several children’s homes across the North of England, with a focus on fostering meaningful relationships and supporting young people’s transitions into adulthood. As part of the senior management team, you’ll have autonomy and support from experienced Directors and Responsible Individuals.

About the Role
As the Registered Manager, you will:
- Hold overall responsibility for the day-to-day running of the home
- Lead, develop, and inspire your team to deliver exceptional care
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations, and organisational policies
- Oversee admissions, care planning, and quality assurance
- Maintain high standards of safeguarding and emotional wellbeing for each young person
- Represent the service in meetings with professionals, commissioners, and Ofsted
