Who we are looking for: We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Deputy Manager who is passionate about supporting children and young people to achieve positive outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Registered Manager with the day-to-day running of the home
- Safeguard and promote the welfare of young people in line with Ofsted regulations and company policies
- Coach, support and develop staff to maintain high standards of care
- Work collaboratively with external professionals and agencies
- Support admissions, risk assessments and care planning processes
- Promote positive behaviour, education and independence
- Complete records and documentation to a high standard
- Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of the service
A full UK driving licence is essential.
