As our Commercial Inspection Coordinator, you’ll be the crucial link between our clients and our nationwide network of Inspectors—making sure every enquiry is handled efficiently, accurately, and with outstanding service. - Act as the first point of contact for commercial inspection enquiries—assessing client needs, minimising risks, preparing accurate quotations, and creating job files.
- Allocate the right Inspector for each job, ensuring competence, availability, and high‑quality service delivery.
- Track each inspection from start to finish: monitoring performance, reviewing reports, issuing certificates, and raising non‑conformities when required.
- Maintain full compliance with internal processes including contractual terms, purchase orders, health & safety requirements, timesheets, affiliate invoices, and correct system documentation.
- Support financial accuracy by ensuring timely invoicing, correct charges and formatting, and helping with proactive debt management.
- Build strong client relationships by attending review meetings, supporting sales discussions, and contributing to improvements in our business systems and administrative processes.
Qualifications
- Essential GCSE or equivalent in Maths/English (grades A* to C)
- Desirable Full Driving Licence for use in the UK
