The successful candidate will bring an independent, enquiring mindset to the Audit Committee, supporting robust governance, compliance and risk oversight. Prior governance experience is desirable but not essential.

This role will contribute to the Finance & Estates Committee, providing strategic challenge and oversight of financial resilience and long-term planning.
