Craven College is seeking three new Governors to join its Corporation Board and help shape the next chapter of the College’s growth and success. With a 200-year history of delivering high-quality vocational and technical education, Craven College is proud of its strong community connections, inclusive ethos, and commitment to helping learners of all backgrounds succeed.

The three new Governors will bring expertise in:

  • Education and SEND: This role is ideal for someone with experience in education, leadership, or SEND, who can use their understanding of learning outcomes, educational policy, and inclusion to support the College’s strategic development.
  • Health and Safety and Facilities: This role suits an individual with professional expertise in health and safety, facilities, or estate management who can provide strategic insight into compliance, risk management, and safe learning environments.
  • Legal: This position suits a qualified legal professional who can advise on governance, risk, compliance, and policy to ensure the College meets its statutory and regulatory obligations.
