An exciting opportunity has arisen for the position of Technical Data Administrator in Southern Maintenance, reporting to the Pipeline Data Compliance Supervisor.

- Processing information: Receiving requests from external parties planning to work near our high pressure (HP) pipelines. Processing these requests on our HP third party works enquiry system. An important role in ensuring the safety of our assets and those planning work activities.
- Support administration for our HP Pipelines Landowner Liaison Officer.
- Communication: Liaising with operational colleagues throughout the team and distributing work. Ensuring external stakeholders are updated through the system or general communication.
- Other: Maintaining records and reports to help support the team. Performing general office admin tasks.
