The successful candidate will advise on contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including disciplinary issues, redundancies, TUPE matters, discrimination, and Employment Tribunal proceedings, while managing an independent caseload.
Applicants must be fully qualified solicitors in England, Wales, or Scotland, ideally with 6-8 years PQE, and possess strong technical, negotiation, and communication skills.
