- The job holder should have a NRSWA (New Road and Street Works Act) certification.
- Full technical knowledge of the reinstatement process and code of practice
- Good team leadership, the ability to communicate at all levels
- Excellent customer service skills and work as part of a team
- A full, clean driving licence and excellent IT skills
- Performance management knowledge and ability to travel across the southern region is essential
