Please note that for this role, you will be expected to participate in a standby rota to deliver a 24/7 out-of-hours emergency support service.

How you’ll support us on our mission to keep people safe and warm… This role is all about the maintenance of the pressure reduction equipment and safety devices at the gas installations across SGN’s depots and sites. Day to day will involve:
- Completing routine maintenance checks
- Responding to faults on the network
- Continued checks on corrosion of pipework and equipment
- Providing reports where necessary
What you’ll need:
- You have high enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
- A logical approach to fault finding and problem solving
- Highly motivated, organised and able to work well to target and deadlines
- Able to think on your feet whilst always being safety aware
- Interested in developing your career within the gas network industry
- A technical, practical aptitude is desirable along with IT literacy, a responsible approach to health & safety and great communication skills
- A full clean driving license or working towards your license
