SGN is seeking a proactive People Partner to foster a positive Employee Relations climate and advise managers across the business.
You will lead ER cases, deliver training, and contribute to People projects, continuous improvement and nurturing emerging talent.
You will partner with operations teams across the SGN patch, travelling between sites in the South of England and Scotland.
This role combines office/depot work with one remote day per week.
