Base salary: £43.4k per annum, increasing to £44.1k upon successful completion of probation.
Overview: SGN has an outstanding reputation for building safe experiences for our customers through delivering gas safely, reliably, and efficiently. This role keeps our customers safe in their homes and helps keep people safe and warm.
Responsibilities:
- Work independently to keep people safe and warm by problem solving, travelling in an SGN van, and speaking with customers.
- Respond to gas emergencies using appropriate expertise.
Qualifications:
- A friendly and approachable attitude with excellent customer service skills as you will be dealing with members of the public.
- A current ACS qualification, CCN1 or CESPI, and ideally MET1 to 4 (although this is not essential).
- A full and valid driving licence is essential.
- You will be working on a rota, meaning out of hours and weekend working is standard.
