The successful candidate will provide high-quality legal advice on both contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including disciplinary and grievance issues, redundancies, Trade Union matters, discrimination, and Employment Tribunal proceedings. The role involves managing an independent caseload and supporting senior colleagues on strategic employment law matters.
Eligibility: Applicants must be fully qualified solicitors in England, Wales, or Scotland, ideally with 6-8 years of Post Qualification Experience (PQE). Candidates should possess strong technical, negotiation, and communication skills. Experience within the energy industry is considered advantageous.
