Here’s how you will contribute:

  • Manage the IT Programme budget, maintaining strong financial governance, planning, forecasting, and delivering projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
  • Report on key performance indicators for project and programme delivery, ensuring consistent and effective reporting with the Transformation Programme Office and IT PMO.
  • Define, maintain, and communicate the IT Programme portfolio and plans, managing multiple changes simultaneously, and providing visibility through regular reporting.
  • Lead, coach, and support the IT team, fostering a high-performing, collaborative environment aligned with SGN’s strategy.
  • Implement industry-leading programme management, agile, and lean delivery practices.
  • Drive internal IT capability development and technology consolidation to meet efficiency and cost targets.

What You Will Need:

  • Proven track record delivering complex IT Change Programmes valued in the double-digit millions.
  • Experience implementing enterprise platforms like Salesforce Field Service, Oracle Fusion ERP, Maximo, ServiceNow, and AWS, supporting end-to-end process redesign.
  • Skilled in developing and executing delivery plans using both waterfall and agile methodologies to maximize early business value.

  • 5+ years of leadership leading large, cross-functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Strong matrix management, networking, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experienced in managing large budgets, delivering sizable projects on scope, time, and budget.
  • Knowledge of IT demand, change portfolio management, and IT PMO oversight (risk, issues, dependencies, finances).
  • Experience in IT operating model change delivery and applying project methodologies (Prince2, Agile, Waterfall) with change management best practices.
  • Proven leadership in coaching and developing delivery teams and managing third-party partners.
