We\’re looking for an experienced Administrative Team Leader to drive high-quality support across key business functions, manage strategic grant programmes, and uphold excellent customer service standards.

- Main contact and scheme administrator for the Northern Ireland Sustainable Energy Programme (NISEP).
- Liaise with Energy Saving Trust, NISEP contractor, and other third parties.
- Supervise the Admin Team and deputise for the Admin Team Manager.
- Support training of new admin staff to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Manage office systems, process documents, and maintain accurate records.
- Plan and prioritise admin workload for team efficiency.
- Provide admin support to help meet business objectives.
- Record and report on internal and external enquiries to HoBD.
- Carry out clerical tasks including travel, meetings, and document handling.
What you will need
- Maths and English equivalent to GCSE level.
- Minimum one years’ experience working within a supervisory capacity as part of a busy administration team.
