As a Senior BA, you’ll operate at the heart of complex, high-value programmes, shaping strategy, guiding teams, and ensuring we deliver the right outcomes for the business and our customers.
What you’ll be doing
- Leading end-to-end analysis across large, complex initiatives
- Shaping the approach to business analysis and setting direction
- Engaging and influencing senior stakeholders across the organisation
- Driving options analysis, business cases, and strategic decision-making
- Leading process improvement and transformation initiatives
- Coaching and mentoring other BAs, helping grow our community
What we’re looking for
- Strong experience leading business analysis on complex programmes
- Ability to influence at senior level and navigate ambiguity
- Deep expertise in BA tools, techniques, and delivery approaches
- Strategic thinking with a focus on delivering measurable value
- Passion for developing others and shaping best practice
