We’re looking for a forward-thinking analytics leader to define how data drives decisions across the organisation. This role sits at the centre of business transformation, turning complex data into clear insight, shaping strategy, and building a consistent, high-value analytics capability that supports both day-to-day operations and long-term regulatory commitments.

  • Shape and deliver the enterprise analytics strategy, defining KPIs and a clear roadmap aligned to business priorities and regulatory commitments.
  • Own the analytics demand pipeline, prioritising work based on value, maintaining a robust backlog, and tracking measurable business benefits across dashboards, reporting and insight.

  • Drive consistency and trust in data by standardising metrics, definitions and semantic models, while simplifying the reporting landscape and eliminating duplication.
  • Champion a data-driven culture by enabling self-service, improving data literacy, and establishing best practice through frameworks, templates, training and communities of practice.
  • Collaborate with Information Management and key programme teams (e.g. Salesforce, Oracle Fusion) to translate business needs, align data standards, and agree SLAs for data refresh, quality and issue resolution.

What you will need:

  • Proven experience leading analytics or BI teams, ideally within complex or regulated environments.
  • Strong expertise in reporting and data visualisation tools (such as Power BI), with a solid understanding of data modelling and KPI design.
  • Experience managing an analytics portfolio — prioritising work based on value and delivering measurable business outcomes.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to turn data into clear, compelling stories and engage effectively with senior stakeholders.
  • Good understanding of data platforms and modelling approaches, with experience working alongside data governance and architecture teams.
