- Maintaining a current and thorough knowledge of the gas supply system
- Supporting development of the supply system in a safe and efficient manner
- Carrying out all stages of the Network Validation Process to ensure the accuracy of SGN’s Network Analysis computer models
- Determining the optimum method of network operation consistent with minimising costs and maintaining statutory obligations
- Providing an efficient and effective service to operations departments
