As a Technology Delivery Manager, you will:
Lead the project delivery and implementation of software technology for a financial institution
Manage delivery plans, risks, dependencies and stakeholder expectations
Work with our key team resources to ensure successful delivery outcomes
Drive continuous improvement across software delivery processes and ways of working
Establish delivery metrics and reporting to support informed decision-making
Build strong relationships with developers and internal teams through effective communication and collaboration
Requirements:
Proven experience managing multi-faceted technology projects
Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and best practices
Experience of leading a project in a financial technology environment
Ability to manage stakeholders and communicate effectively at all levels
Strong understanding of software delivery lifecycles
Ability to interpret technical concepts and translate them into business-focused outcomes
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage short, medium and long-term objectives
