We are looking for 4 x Process Operators to join our Production Department. This is an exciting and challenging opportunity. The start date would be as soon as possible, up until the end of October 2026.

Your opportunity:

  • Conduct tests/inspections on product and plant as described in Work Instructions to ensure optimal operations.
  • Maintain a high standard of housekeeping to minimise hazards and accidents.
  • Within individual range of competence to assist in or set up, operate, and close the process equipment as directed to meet the production plan.
  • Perform basic maintenance and laboratory tasks as defined in the Line Check List to maximise efficiency.
  • Contribute to the team activity of ensuring appropriate resources are available for the shift.
  • Ensure efficient and complete handover to colleague on proceeding and following shift to maintain required manufacturing.
  • To work on all line and ancillary processes to meet Company objectives for customer service, Health & Safety, manufacturing efficiency, Environmental and Quality.

Your Profile:

  • Proven Production experience, preferably in continuous process.
  • Standard Grade English and Maths, or equivalent.
  • Commitment to achieving and maintaining a high level of safety.
  • Ability to operate successfully and effectively in a team.
  • Evidence of setting high work standards and a commitment to quality.
  • Able to demonstrate experience of working to statutory and company requirements on Health & Safety, Quality and Environment.
  • Evidence of adaptability and a proactive approach to work.
