I'm partnering with a global insurer and reinsurer embarking on a major finance transformation programme and am looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support a critical ERP data migration workstream.
This role will sit at the heart of the migration effort, driving data readiness, stakeholder engagement, and governance activities across the programme.
- Working with business stakeholders to define, validate, and approve attribute data sets
- Coordinating end-to-end extract, transform, and migration activities across multiple data workstreams
- Managing approvals and sign-off processes at key migration and transformation checkpoints
- Supporting data mapping, schema analysis, and transformation requirements for ERP implementation
- Bridging the gap between business, finance, and technical teams to ensure successful migration outcomes
- Identifying and resolving data quality, governance, and migration-related issues
Strong Business Analyst experience delivering ERP data migration programmes. Proven experience delivering large-scale data migration workstreams as part of ERP or finance transformation programmes, including data mapping, cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and business sign-off activities. A solid understanding of data schemas, mapping, transformation logic, and migration processes.
