We currently have a Recruitment Team Manager role available leading our Germany contract team. It is an exceptional opportunity to lead and scale a high performing team who are on track to bill £2.6million in 2025.

  • New contract sales of over £1.4million in 2024.
  • 65% of roles were repeat business.
  • Working alongside a perm team that invoiced over £1million last year.
  • Leverage off a Client Success AD personally running £20k weekly booked feeding job flow to the team.
