An opportunity to have your voice heard. We are looking for someone who understands insurance workflows, knows where the friction is, and has the experience to help solve it.

This is a genuine product management role. Insurance experience is important, but so is a strong product mindset . We want to hear about the value you've delivered, the problems you've solved, and the impact you've made.

About the role

This is an outcomes-focused role where you'll balance stakeholder needs, customer insight and commercial priorities to deliver products that improve efficiency, support growth and enhance the broker experience.

  • Own and prioritise the product backlog, ensuring work is clear, testable and aligned to business priorities.
  • Partner with Distribution, Revenue Operations and broker-facing teams to understand challenges, identify opportunities and shape product direction.
  • Translate business needs into features, epics and user stories that enable effective delivery.
  • Work closely with engineering and QA to deliver customer-focused solutions from discovery through to release.
  • Map and improve broker lifecycle, CRM and trading workflows to increase efficiency and scalability.
  • Use data, user feedback and business insight to prioritise work, measure success and continuously improve the product.
  • Balance customer needs, business objectives and technical considerations to maximise product value.

About you

You're a product-focused problem solver who enjoys turning complex business challenges into practical, valuable solutions.

You'll be working on bespoke products alongside onsite engineering and technical teams, so you're comfortable collaborating closely with both business stakeholders and delivery teams.

You're motivated by improving products through evidence, collaboration and continuous learning, with a focus on delivering meaningful business outcomes.

  • Experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner or Senior Business Analyst in insurance or another technology-led business.
  • Strong understanding of broker lifecycle, CRM or trading workflows within insurance.
  • Experience translating business problems into prioritised product requirements and user stories.
  • A track record of delivering measurable business value through product improvements.
  • Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams alongside engineering and QA.
  • Confidence using data, customer feedback and operational insight to inform decisions.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Bring specific insights on tools like JIRA or Trello that can help streamline these processes.
