This is a client-facing role where you'll help shape product strategy and deliver customer-focused solutions aligned with business objectives across two core SaaS products undergoing major modernisation. You will work closely with engineering, sales, customer success, and other cross-functional teams to define product direction, prioritise initiatives, and deliver high-quality software. Championed innovation, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision making throughout the product lifecycle.
Monitoring product performance using customer feedback and data-driven insights to inform ongoing improvements. Supporting the technical transformation initiatives focused on improving scalability, reliability, and security.
- 3+ years of experience in a Product Owner/Management role within a SaaS or B2B software environment.
- Strong technical understanding of software development processes and modern technologies.
- Experience leading product transformation initiatives and driving innovation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Bonus if you are in a highly client facing role.
