Contract: 12 month Contract (inside IR35) £400 per Day

We're looking for an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud professional to join a well-established digital marketing team supporting a large-scale customer engagement programme. This is a hands-on role focused on building, deploying, and optimising email campaigns and customer journeys within Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You'll work closely with marketing, CRM, and digital teams to deliver targeted customer communications and help maximise campaign performance.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Building and deploying customer journeys using Salesforce Marketing Cloud Journey Builder.
  • Creating and managing email campaigns across a range of customer audiences.
  • Developing personalised customer communications using dynamic content and AMPscript.
  • Supporting audience segmentation and campaign targeting through Data Extensions and SQL.
  • Working with stakeholders to translate campaign requirements into effective customer journeys.
  • Managing campaign testing, QA, deployment, and reporting.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve customer engagement and campaign effectiveness.
  • Supporting ongoing optimisation of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform and processes.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Strong knowledge of Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, Content Builder, and Contact Builder.
  • Experience using AMPscript and dynamic content for personalisation.
  • Good understanding of audience segmentation and SQL.
  • Experience managing campaigns from briefing through to deployment.
  • Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Desirable Experience:

  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications.
  • Experience working within a marketing, CRM, or customer engagement function.
  • Knowledge of email deliverability and marketing compliance requirements.
  • Experience working in regulated industries.
