For our customer, we are seeking a Senior Project Manager (Commodity & Financial Contracts) for a 12 month contract based in either Geneva or London.
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced CLM Project Manager with strong expertise in contract lifecycle management platforms and deep knowledge of commodity and financial contracts. The role will focus on delivering and optimizing CLM solutions across procurement, trading, and legal workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end CLM implementations and enhancements across platforms such as Source-to-Pay systems, AI-driven contract analysis tools, and enterprise CLM solutions.
- Manage contract lifecycle processes including authoring, negotiation, execution, and post-signature management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across trading, legal, procurement, and operations teams.
- Ensure CLM solutions align with complex contract structures across commodities and financial instruments.
- Drive process improvements across contract workflows, including integration with upstream/downstream systems.
Domain Experience Required:
- Energy commodities: oil, gas, coal, metals, concentrates.
- Physical commodities: grains, agriculture, soft commodities.
- Banking & financial products: derivatives, FX, structured products.
Essential Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of contract types and lifecycle flows, including:
- Purchase agreements.
- Storage and inventory contracts.
- Bunkering and LNG agreements.
- Shipping, logistics, and trucking contracts.
Proven experience mapping contract processes and translating them into CLM system configurations.
Key Skills:
- Hands-on experience with leading CLM and legal tech platforms.
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to bridge business requirements with technical CLM capabilities.
