I'm working with a fast-growing, tech-driven insurance business to find a Product Analyst to join their Technology team, sitting within the Underwriting value stream. You'll work alongside a fantastic team of Product Leads, engineers, designers and underwriting stakeholders, shaping products that directly influence how risks are assessed and underwriting decisions are made. This is a great next step for someone with BA/Product Analyst experience looking to build a genuine career in product management. An incredible opportunity to learn, grow, and develop within a strong product function.
What you'll be doing:
- Digging into user needs and business challenges through research and stakeholder engagement
- Mapping user journeys to spot pain points and opportunities
- Writing user stories and acceptance criteria
- Working closely with design, engineering and QA through the full product lifecycle
- Supporting backlog refinement, sprint planning and Agile delivery
- Building strong relationships across underwriting, ops and tech

- Experience as a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a Product/Operations role within the London Insurance industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Confidence gathering and documenting requirements
