We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Tooling Administrator to join our client’s team in the automotive sector. This role plays a key part in supporting the production of a next‑generation vehicle by working closely with tooling engineers and sourcing managers to ensure tooling is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards as production scales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide full documentation support for the tooling department.
  • Liaise with suppliers to collect, validate, and upload tooling data into Zoox reporting systems using Google Docs.
  • Develop dashboards and reports for presentations to the tooling team and management.
  • Support workflow automation initiatives, identifying process improvements and automating repetitive tasks.
  • Ensure accuracy, traceability, and consistency of tooling‑related data across systems.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of professional experience in an administrative, tooling, or technical support role.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Exceptional organization and multitasking skills.
  • High proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office, including data analysis and formulas.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Manufacturing or Automotive environments.
  • Familiarity with tooling, production, or supply chain processes.
