The Opportunity

Our client is seeking a highly driven and experienced Senior Development and Investment Consultant to join their growing team. This is a senior-level position with strong progression potential, ideal for a motivated professional looking to advance their career in a reputable and well-established consultancy. The successful candidate will join a tight-knit team known for delivering both on- and off-market opportunities across the UK. The primary focus of the role is to generate new instructions and oversee the sale of development and investment sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and negotiate development and investment opportunities in both residential and commercial sectors
  • Lead negotiations with developers and investors
  • Build and manage long-term relationships with new and existing clients
  • Understand clients’ investment objectives and identify suitable opportunities
  • Provide high-level consultancy and support throughout the sales process

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum of three years’ experience in UK property development and investment

  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
