Key Responsibilities- Proactively source and negotiate land and property acquisition opportunities across residential and commercial sectors
- Lead client consultations, understand investment objectives, and advise on best-fit opportunities
- Manage sales processes from instruction through to completion, providing expert consultancy throughout
- Conduct thorough commercial and legal due diligence on potential acquisitions
- Develop and maintain a strong network of developers, investors, and other industry stakeholders
- Represent the consultancy at industry events and maintain a professional presence in the market
- Drive new business through effective sales strategies and client management
