As we continue to expand SGC Security Services, we are seeking an experienced Security Bid Writer to join our Sales Team. In this role, you will coordinate and write high‑quality bid proposals, ensuring alignment with operational and commercial stakeholders. You will play a key role in developing compelling narratives, responding to customer clarification questions, and managing bid submissions effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Bid Coordination & Writing – Develop well‑structured, persuasive responses for tenders and proposals, ensuring compliance with customer requirements.
  • Stakeholder Engagement – Work closely with operational, commercial, and technical teams to gather necessary information and shape winning bids.
  • Portal Management – Respond to customer queries within tender portals and monitor the team mailbox for bid‑related communications.
  • Contract & Proposal Management – Leverage knowledge of bid processes, contracts, and commercial requirements to produce high‑quality submissions.
  • Quality Assurance – Review and refine content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment with client expectations.
