We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee the delivery of security services across a portfolio of high-profile corporate accounts throughout the South East. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual who can lead service excellence and ensure an outstanding client experience.
Proven experience:
- Managing a portfolio of contracts within the manned guarding sector from retail, commercial, key holding and mobile patrols.
- A successful track record in customer relationship management.
- Working knowledge of the security sector.
- Valid frontline SIA licence (DS or CP).
- Extensive experience within the Security industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to maximise client satisfaction.
- Lead and support teams across the region to ensure high performance and service delivery.
- Conduct regular client meetings across accounts to ensure engagement and contract compliance.
- Manage the mobilisation of new contracts and operational transitions.
- Undertake staff appraisals and address HR/disciplinary matters when required.
- Oversee recruitment, training, and development of regional staff.
