We are recruiting for the position of a CNC Turning Operator/Machinist, to set and run high precision and high-value parts, to extremely tight tolerances.

- Replacing and setting cutting tools
- Selecting and changing programmes as necessary to maintain product quality and consistency
- Inspecting finished parts using precision measuring instruments to ensure compliance with specifications
- Recording measurements on computer using SPC control, and monitoring OEE
- Ideally the candidate should have 2 – 3 years experience as a CNC machinist (experience with operating systems such as Fanuc a bonus) or have completed an apprenticeship in CNC machinery (Minimum Level 3)
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work as part of a team and liaise with personnel at all levels
- You must be living and eligible to work in the UK to apply for this position
