SG Technologies - part of the Neo Performance Materials Group, is a global leader in the production of high-performance magnetic components and assemblies. Our products are shipped worldwide to high end automotive and consumer products customers such as Bosch, Caterpillar, and YASA. We are looking for reliable and motivated Process Operators to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidates will be responsible for operating production equipment, monitoring manufacturing processes, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring all work is carried out safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Loading and running of machines
  • Setting tools, brushes, filters, and deburring tools
  • Selecting appropriate process parameters to produce components of the required quality
  • Measuring parts produced to specifications and using SPC to control product quality
  • Maintaining a clean and tidy workplace
  • Maintaining good productivity levels to ensure targets are achieved

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, or process environment
  • Ability to follow procedures and complete documentation accurately
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Have a can-do positive attitude to drive through new ways of thinking and improvements

Work pattern: Based on a 12hr rotating shift pattern (average 44 hours per week)
