SG Personnel are working with a busy and expanding manufacturing company in Washington who are looking to recruit an Operator on an ongoing basis, with a possible temporary to permanent transfer for the right fit.
Responsibilities
- Operating of machinery, which may require adjustments for smooth running
- Flexibility to pack and palletise
- Work within a mixing department of raw materials
- Working at pace
Experience / Skills
- Machine operating experience
- At least 12 months production experience, ideally within a fast moving environment
- Steady work history
Shift pattern and Pay
This will be a 3 shift pattern weekly rotating as follows:
- 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm, £13.43 moving to £14.04 after 12 weeks worked
- 10pm-6am £14.65 increasing to £15.87 after 12 weeks worked
Annual salary between £28,817 and £30,530. Candidates must be able to work all three shifts.
