SG Personnel are working with a global manufacturing business in Washington who are looking to recruit a Machine/Production Operator on a 6 month Fixed Term contract direct with the Company. This is an excellent opportunity to join a business renowned for staff retention and development.
This will initially work across earlies and lates but there may be some flexibility required at some point for a rotating shift pattern including nightshift.
Candidates will require at least 3 years machine operating/setting experience along with a stable and steady work history.
Duties will include the setting and operation of machinery with assisted manual handling using mechanical equipment. Visual inspection is also a critical part of the role.
Shift times as follows:
- 2 shift: 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm (Salary £28,269 per annum plus 15% shift allowance = £32,509)
- 3 shift: 6am-2pm; 2pm-10pm, 10pm-6am (Salary £28,269 per annum plus 25% shift allowance = £35,336)
This role is a fixed term contract with the possibility of an extension beyond 6 months. As part of the Company's vetting procedure, they will require a full background and security check as part of the selection process.
