SG Personnel are working with a market leading manufacturing company in Newcastle, who are looking to recruit a Supervisor to work on a permanent basis from day one.
Duties will include:
- Overseeing daily operations on a busy shop floor
- Monitoring and adjusting assignments to optimise productivity
- Preparing and managing daily work schedules to meet deadlines
- Supervising staff adherence to quality controls
The successful candidate must have:
- Previous supervisory experience
- Strong consistent work history in the manufacturing industry
- Flexibility on working hours
Candidates must be able to work the two-week shift rotation as below:
- Week 1: Tuesday to Thursday, 5:45 am – 5:00 pm. Friday, 5:45 am – 12:00 pm.
- Week 2: Tuesday to Thursday, 12:00 pm – 10:30 pm. Friday, 10:00 am – 6:00 pm.
Annual salary of £31,239.
