SG Personnel are working with a prestigious manufacturing client based in Gateshead who are looking to recruit a Faicilities Lead on a permanent basis. The Company have seen extensive recent capital investment in their plant and are now looking for a facilities coordinator to manage and maintain the plant and building amenities. This role will involve: * Review of supplier service contracts * Organise legal inspections of plant equipment * Management and liasing with Contractors * Control of Facilities budget working alonsgside the Engineering Manager The ideal candidate will have experience within a similar role within a manufacturing environment, with particular focus on the coordination of plant repairs and management of contractors. Additonally, legal compliance in areas such as LEV, racking inspections and LOLER would be required. This is a dayshift role working 7am-3.45pm Monday to Thursday and 7am-11.30am on a Friday. Salary range is £38k to £40k dependant upon experience
