SG Personnel are working on behalf of a market leading manufacturing business,who has seen extensive investment in both plant, equipment and their facility over the past two years. The clientiscurrently looking to recruit a Time Served Mechanical Maintenance Fitter to join their team on a unique continental type shift pattern. The plant is based on continuous process manufacturing consisting of mixing plant, ovens, cutting and painting equipment. Applicants must be time served in Mechanical Maintenance and have at least twoyears experience within a manufacturing maintenance environment, covering both preventative and reactive maintenance. Shift times will be 6-6 days and nights including weekends. The salary for the role is £38670 plus 20% shift allowance (£46404) with the following bonus and package: Guaranteed annual service bonus of 2% (pro-rata on joining date) 5% Target bonus dependant upon performance of the site paid annually 5 weeks holiday plus bank holiday (built into the shift pattern) Onsite gym AMRT1_UKTJ …
