We are working with a growing private equity backed healthcare business to recruit a Financial Controller as the organisation continues to scale and develop its finance function.
The business operates within the wider health and care sector, delivering specialist services across the UK. Following a period of growth and investment, there is an increased focus on strengthening financial reporting, technical accounting, controls and commercial insight to support the next stage of the organisation's development.
This is a hands on Financial Controller position with responsibility across a small group structure. Working closely with senior leadership and operational teams, you'll take ownership of the group's financial reporting, statutory requirements, tax and financial controls, while providing the insight needed to support commercial and operational decision making.
The role would suit an experienced ACA or ACCA qualified accountant who combines strong technical accounting knowledge with the ability and willingness to remain hands on. Part time applicants are particularly welcomed, although the business is open to both part time and full time candidates.

- Translate financial information into clear, practical insight for non finance stakeholders.
