Key Responsibilities

Manage day‐to‐day finance operations across multiple entities within the group.

Prepare consolidated management accounts, budgets and cashflow forecasts.

Lead year‐end reporting, audits and statutory compliance.

Develop and implement effective financial systems, controls and processes.

Business Partnering

Act as a trusted advisor to the CFO and leadership team, providing clear financial insight to support strategic decisions.

Partner with portfolio management teams to enhance forecasting, budgeting and performance analysis.

Collaborate with investment and asset teams on project appraisals, financing and performance tracking.

Manage relationships with external advisors, banks and lenders on funding and investment matters.

Investment & M&A Accounting

Support on acquisitions, disposals and investment structuring.

Build and maintain financial models to evaluate performance and returns.

Assist with due diligence, integration and ongoing monitoring of portfolio companies.

Provide analysis on deal returns, capital deployment and overall group performance.

Candidate Profile

Fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent).

Experience within private equity, investment, family office or multi‐entity group environments.

Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP/IFRS and consolidations.

Commercially minded, with the confidence to influence non‐finance stakeholders.

Hands‐on and adaptable, able to thrive in a developing environment.

Excellent communication, analytical and problem‐solving skills.
