Key Responsibilities

  • Lead commercial validation for new product developments, focusing on target pricing, cost assumptions, margin expectations and forecasting.
  • Analyse performance of new and existing products, reviewing progress against targets, market positioning and ROI to support future planning.
  • Review slow-moving and at-risk stock, recommending corrective actions and influencing phase-out strategies to mitigate business risk.
  • Collaborate with the external sales team to gather and interpret market data, maintaining effective systems for storing and analysing market insights.
  • Maintain and manage customer pricing structures within internal systems, including promotions and pricing adjustments.
  • Support wider commercial team activities and provide cover across the department as required.
