Role Overview: We are looking for a self-starting and commercially-minded individual to support our existing projects and help attract and manage new business opportunities. This dynamic role will involve elements of sales, client engagement, operational coordination, and commercial strategy. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to progress into a Project Management position after gaining relevant knowledge and experience across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage incoming new business enquiries from email, website, and other channels.
- Handle and follow up on incoming and outbound calls with prospective clients.
- Support preparation of proposals, pricing, documentation, and timelines, including site logistics, insurances, and groundwork details.
- Maintain and update CRM and regularly report on project pipeline and commercial performance.
- Assist in the development of sales materials and commercial resources.
- Contribute to commercial activity generation across new and existing business areas.
- Conduct market research and provide regular industry reports, trends, and opportunity updates.
- Support development of partnerships with sports clubs, leisure centres, schools, and other venues.
- Coordinate court orders and liaise with partners and suppliers to ensure smooth delivery of products and services.
- Assist with content creation, social media, and marketing activities.
- Attend site visits, client meetings, and industry events across the UK (occasional travel to Europe).
