SG Padel is one of the leading UK Padel solutions providers, and the Official Distributor for Mejorset Padel Courts in the UK, specializing in delivering high-quality solutions for Padel sports facilities in the UK. We work across a variety of sporting environments, providing comprehensive services from architectural planning and design to supply and installation of our world-leading MejorSet courts. Our mission is to help clients bring their Padel visions to life with expertise and precision.

This is a full-time, on-site role based at our Head Office in Basildon for a Sales Support Assistant. The role involves providing exceptional sales support, assisting with customer and sales enquiries, and managing operational processes to streamline sales activities. The Sales Support Assistant will report directly into the sales director and collaborate closely with the sales and projects team to maintain smooth communication and ensure high efficiency in daily operations, as SG continue to grow their client base in the UK in what is a rapid-growth industry. Responsibilities also include supporting sales initiatives and maintaining accurate records for effective business operations. Full training will be provided but some knowledge of the UK Padel industry is considered a plus.

Skills

  • Strong Customer Service and Excellent Customer Support skills to handle client enquiries
  • Effective Communication abilities to collaborate with a diverse range of clients, on both large and smaller scales
  • Experience in Sales Operations and supporting sales processes, such as Zoho CRM
  • Knowledge of basic Sales principles and practices
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
  • Proficiency in using office software and CRM systems is an advantage
  • Previous experience in a sales or support role is desirable
  • A passion for sport and Padel a big plus
