The Analyst in the Strategic Business Development – Rep Management Unit will manage the end-to-end process of representative applications, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, partners, and candidates to facilitate timely onboarding and maintain high standards of operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and process representative applications, ensuring complete and accurate due diligence.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (Compliance, Operations, HR, etc.) to ensure seamless workflow and adherence to policies.
  • Follow up with candidates and external partners to address outstanding documentation and queries.
  • Maintain accurate records of applications, approvals, and other relevant documentation.
  • Monitor timelines and ensure that applications and approvals are completed efficiently and within set deadlines.
  • Identify process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of rep management.
  • Prepare reports and updates on application status for management review.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in processing and documentation.
