As our OEM Account Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in developing, managing, and growing relationships with our key OEMs. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to their R&D, technical, and senior commercial teams, helping to build fully integrated, designed-in systems that meet stringent performance standards and support their long-term competitiveness. Collaborating closely with the Head of OEM and Product Managers, you’ll ensure our full Building Envelope product range – from roofing and cladding to fall protection – is represented with technical accuracy and strategic intent. You’ll champion innovation, protect market share, and spot new opportunities that expand our reach and strengthen SFS’s leadership in the field.
What You’ll Do
- Take responsibility for a portfolio of Building Envelope OEM accounts, acting as their main point of contact.
- Partner with internal commercial, product, and technical teams to deliver fully integrated specification solutions (BIM, standards, warranties, system testing).
- Lead OEM activities in the absence of the Head of OEM and help drive cross‑functional collaboration across national sales and product teams.
- Identify new market and product opportunities through proactive business development.
- Monitor competitor activity and report valuable market intelligence that drives innovation and organisational advantage.
- Support first‑class customer service delivery, ensuring our OEM network encounters excellence at every step.
