Due to continued growth, we are looking for a motivated and reliable Warehouse Operative to join our team at our Keighley site. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, have a keen eye for detail, and take pride in delivering excellent service, we'd love to hear from you.

Your Tasks

  • Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Receiving, checking, and storing incoming goods
  • Maintaining accurate stock records and inventory control
  • Operating warehouse equipment safely and effectively
  • Supporting manufacturing operations with timely material movements
  • Using warehouse and business systems to process stock transactions
  • Ensuring high standards of housekeeping and health & safety are maintained
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues across the business

Your profile

  • Flexible and willing to support changing business needs
  • Experienced in a fast-paced manufacturing or warehouse environment
  • Licensed to operate Bendi/Flexi trucks (essential or highly desirable)
  • Numerate and comfortable working with stock quantities and inventory data
  • A confident communicator with a positive team-focused attitude
  • Computer literate and comfortable using warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office applications
  • Organised, reliable, and able to work accurately under pressure
