As Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing operational strategies that support our growth ambitions, exceed customer expectations, and embed sustainability into everything we do. You’ll lead day-to-day operations while keeping a strategic eye on long-term objectives, ensuring our teams deliver high-quality products safely, efficiently, and on time. Key Objectives- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company growth, customer needs, and sustainability goals.

- Commercially aware with experience managing budgets and operational costs.
- Strong strategic and analytical thinker, confident using data to drive decisions.
