Specification Manager North UK Field-based Are you an experienced specification professional passionate about the Building Envelope sector? SFS is looking for a Specification Manager to drive specification growth and build strong relationships with architects, specifiers, and end users across the North of the UK. This is your chance to join a market leader and influence major projects using our trusted Nvelope and Soter product ranges along with other SFS products. What youll do Generate and manage a sustainable specification pipeline, converting projects from design to invoice. Develop and nurture key relationships with architects, specifiers, and design-led contractors. Deliver CPD presentations on industry topics like BIM, sustainability, and whole life costs. Work closely with technical and sales teams to ensure accurate and compliant product specifications. Represent SFS at industry events and support ongoing training and development initiatives. What youll bring Proven specification experience in the Building Envelope construction market (essential). Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with stakeholders at all levels. A proactive, organised approach with strong commercial awareness. Ability to deliver under pressure, manage competing priorities, and inspire through influence.
