Our client is an established and leading global brand of both mechanical and electrical locking solutions and door hardware products. Products designed for your safety and security. The business is now looking for a confident and analytical Web Management Specialist to use their impressive knowledge and experience to manage our B2B and B2C websites.

Key Responsibilities and duties are to:

  • Website Management & Performance
    • Oversee and manage our digital web platforms, ensuring seamless performance through troubleshooting, daily status reviews, and proactive performance management.
    • Continuously refine website design and user experience to enhance aesthetics, usability, and conversion rates.
    • Ensure that all site visuals align with brand guidelines and deliver a modern, engaging, and intuitive user experience.
  • E-commerce & Campaign Execution
    • Collaborate with the Sales Manager for DTC platforms to plan and execute promotions and NPI launches, ensuring all website touchpoints are activated on time with engaging and well-designed assets.
    • Work alongside the Digital Content Specialist and Paid Media Specialist to ensure websites are optimised for campaigns with compelling visuals, engaging landing pages, and well-structured content.
  • Data-Driven Website Optimisation
    • Utilise analytics tools (Matomo / GA4) to track campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, and provide insights for ongoing improvements.
    • Apply e-commerce analytics (inventory tracking, best sellers, slow movers) to optimise website layouts and give feedback on promotional strategies.
  • Content & SEO Management
    • Manage data and technical specification uploads into the PIM tool, Akeneo, ensuring product pages are well-structured and visually appealing.
    • Conduct SEO reporting and oversee the resolution of site health issues using Semrush, enhancing both functionality and design aspects of web pages for improved rankings and user engagement.
  • Platform & Plugin Management
    • Oversee site plug-ins such as Shopbox, identifying new functionalities that enhance user experience and collaborating with the EMEIA E-Business Team for implementation.

The skills and experience you need:

  • Experience with AEM and Magento CMS.
  • Experience with GA4 (Matomo and Semrush experience would be advantageous).
  • You will have great attention to detail, be process-driven and thorough.
  • Strong project management skills and proactivity – you will be supported by the wider team, but responsible for managing your day-to-day workload.
  • 2-3 years’ of relevant and proven experience within e-commerce or web management.
